International Women’s Day on March 8th and Women’s History Month throughout March provide the perfect opportunity to celebrate the incredible women working in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and manufacturing at Ritchie.
What roles come under STEM?
Some example of roles could be an Environmental Scientist – who ensures compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices. A Quality Assurance (QA) Manager who inspects and tests products to maintain high standards. An Industrial Engineer who focuses on optimising production processes for efficiency and safety or a Production Planner who utilises forecasting and statistical analysis to streamline production schedules.
